High Temperature Fryer Brushes |

All high temperature brushes have stiff, Teflon bristles that withstand high temperatures up to 500°F. This saves time since equipment can be cleaned while it is still warm. The number 40113 "Hercules" Clean-Up Brush, with a 20" super tough nylon handle, is perfect for cleaning of hot vats, utensils, and other kitchen equipment.
Note: Not designed to be submerged in boiling grease. One minute maximum exposure time for 400°F and above. |
